I’m Deepak Janardanan, a training and operations professional focused on vocational education, student counselling, and career-oriented coaching at a leading bahrain aviation academy. Based in Bahrain, I’ve spent years helping people turn interest into employable skills. As Manager at Akbar Training Center, I look after daily operations, course planning, and student support, working at an IATA Authorized Training Center approved by the Ministry of Labor. I believe in transparency, so I’ll honestly tell a newcomer whether the IATA Foundation or the Cargo Diploma fits their goals, then support them with job-oriented training and placement assistance across the GCC. For me, success is simple: learners who walk in curious and walk out career-ready.
