When I place a head it always turns into a skeleton head pls fix this and add a opportunity for allowing non op players to run /head like every seven days or something

Great plugin, It would be better if the player could get the head in some way. For example, Bukkit plugin PlayerHead.I want to share it with the Chinese forum MCBBS, do you agree, I will mark you as the author.
