DogImage can display images of a Url and files saved in the pluggin folder. It is the first add-on of its kind in the Nukkit section of the forum, to customize your own server with any kind of image.
Unfortunately it is not in the English version and also does not bring the language file, but here I leave you a video tutorial of how to use it.
Command:
/DogImage Open the GUI
Permission:
dogimage.admin
Placeholder:
-Player name can be replaced with %player%
Other examples:
-"op: say now %player%" is executing commands as OP.
-"console: say now %player%" is executing commands in controlled form.

It only works if you place the image in the folder of that plug-in, because the way to place the image url is not quite right.
