Since the last version of PS, people are having troubles setting up a world with PlotSquared (known issue: "you are not in a plot world"). I noticed that you can simply avoid this, by using older PS versions. Those files are basically generated in an older version and and will just work fine for the latest PS NK version if you use them for your server. You could also do the same yourself or just use the uploaded files. Its all up to you.
