I think it is because there are people who put inappropriate skins. But you can go to settings> Profile> and activate trusted skins.

What I have been able to see is that the armor does work. The new blocks do not work. The generation of the nether is the same as always. But I was able to put the mobs plugin and the mobs from 1.16 work fine. Even the 1.16 npc. Emotes also work.

Did you make sure the ports are open? Bedrock uses UDP.

I have not seen any, but I made a world where nothing could be done. With the AreaProtection I protected the area. WorldProtect I ban commands. like warp, fly, tpa etc. For a custom world I used: EmptyWorld and FAWE (world edit)
