mcpack

So I wanted to add some mods and addons on my server but I can't. I've tried renaming the (texturepack).mcpack to .zip and Upload it to the texture packs folder but It didn't got installed in the server. I did the same for the Behaviour Packs and I got the same issue. Can someone help me?
