DebugStick - Add debug stick

This plugin adds a debug stick item you can use to change block states.

Use /debugstick command to obtain the stick. Permissions: debugstick.use, debugstick.give, debugstick.give.others

Works only on creative mode when the player is not on sneaking.

Could you add support for this types of stairs? I cant seem to make it work without the additional stairs next to it
