PikyXoS updated Halloween Effects with a new update entry:

Update 0.1.1

- The main thing is that in this update that HEFF is working only when are players on the server so its not gonna spam.
- Added Config with a timer so you can set time in ticks when effects gonna happen. The default is 2400 ticks that´s around 2mins.
