PlotsquaredNK - Plotsquared Fix with many Bug Fixes

Plotsquared but with many bugfixes.

- Now you can consume food in Plotworld
- Buggy Titles are changed to Popups
- Auto Generate Plotworld (called CityBuild)
- Item Despawn on Roads (Fix)
- Plotborders wrong generate (Fix)
- Many Flags are fixed
- Support for Powernukkit Fawe

Please use this Version of P2 only with the Autogen (CityBuild) World.
