This plugin includes:
/ping - Show your ping (ping.see, default: anyone)
/toggleping - Show your ping in hud (ping.toggle, default: anyone)
/getping <player> - See other players ping (ping.see.other, default: op)

Could you make Ping tags? Like a ping above the player's head nearly the name tag?

Could you make Ping tags? Like a ping above the player's head nearly the name tag?

With this plugin https://cloudburstmc.org/resources/scoretag.219/ you can make a ping tag and lots of more stuff with score tags (For ping use %player_ping% placeholder)
