Get the wand (//wand) left click on first block and right click on second block to define a region

Commands
//wand : get the wand to make selections
//set <blockId> : all blocks inside the selection will be the block with blockid's id
//expand <#blocks> <up|down|south|north|east|west> : expands the current selection
//shift <#blocks> <up|down|south|north|east|west> : shifts the current selection
