some blocks don't work

some blocks like quartz and shroomlight wont work, to name a few examples. they cannot be placed. is there a solution to this?
 
NukkitX does not support blocks implemented after the 1.13 Aquatic update due to a level format limitation.
 
thank you for your reply! a player asked me why certain block didn't work and i didn't know an answer lol. i guess this topic can now be locked. thank you again
