I am not sure if you all working on this but when is the sticky pistons gonna be implemented?

Pistons and other redstone stuff are being implemented on the "redstone" branch. https://github.com/CloudburstMC/Nukkit/tree/redstone
If you want to speed up them being added you can help testing that branch and fix or report bugs there.
