teleportation to wrong coordinates

Hi all,

I can't teleport to the entered coordinates by using the command /tp
For example: /tp 0 400 0 teleports me to 400 256 0
i also tried /tp PLAYERNAME 0 400 0 -> same result.
the teleport from player to player works as expected.

i am not sure if this is a bug or i am just to stupid :)
