Automatic Bow 0.0.2

Added the option to toggle the automatic bow feature.

Now there is a command:

Commands

/setautomatic

This command will toggle the automatic power of a bow, on and off. Simply execute the command to set it to false if true, and to true to false. WARNING: YOU MUST BE OP TO EXECUTE THIS COMMAND.
