A lightweight, console-only utility for server administrators to safely shut down their Nukkit server with a 60-second public countdown.

- Console-Exclusive: To prevent accidental shutdowns or abuse, the command can only be executed via the server console.
- Real-time Countdown: Once triggered, the plugin broadcasts a message to all players every second until the server stops.
- Authentic Formatting: Uses the classic purple [Server] prefix, mirroring the standard /say command style.
- Zero Bloat: Extremely small file size with no impact on server performance.
- oneminstop - Initiates the 60-second shutdown sequence.
