ScoreTag 1.0.4

This plugin creates customizable score tag (second name tag line) that you can use for example to display player's health. Placeholders from PlaceholderAPI are supported. PlaceholderAPI will be downloaded automatically if needed. Score tag may not show for mobile players. This plugin provides two extra placeholders: %factions_name% and %device_os%.
