This plugin adds /transfer command to your Nukkit server
Usage with default port (19132): /transfer <address>
Usage with custom port: /transfer <address> <port>
If you give player permission "transfer.others" player can use /transfer <address> <port> <player>
You can also transfer players from console like "transfer play.exampleserver.net 19135 exampleplayer"
Notice: If your goal is to connect multiple servers, using a proxy server such as Nemisys or WaterDog may be a better option fo you.
