WalkingParticles - Let players select walking particles


Features:
- Easy to use
- All particles from Nukkit's ParticleEffect are supported
- Ability to ban certain effects
- Allow usage by selected players using the permission


Commands:
/walkingparticles enable <effect> - Enable/change walking particles
/walkingparticles disable - Disable walking particles
/walkingparticles list - Show list of all available walking particles


Permissions:
walkingparticles.command (default: op) - Allow the player to use /walkingparticles command to select walking particles
