Use a permission plugin like LuckPerms

let the player execute /wm tp world and give them the permission worldmanager.teleport.insertworldnamehere or just worldmanager.teleport to let them teleport to every world

Bei den Requirements steht MySQL. Müsste da dann nicht auch noch DbLib stehnen? und vlt addest du auch einen Config Mode damit die Stats in einer Datei gespeichert werden. Viele Serverhoster bieten kein MySql an. Danach würde ich dir bestimmt auch ne schöne Bewertung schreiben :)
