It should work if you disable multiworld and Multilobby in your config

You just can it globally with LobbyNK. If you want to disable it for some worlds, you have to make a little easy plugin. Or how he said, with world permissions

Only if you disable the buildin chatsystem in your config

If multiworld is enabled and you didn't set a Lobbyspawn in this world, there should be pvp enabled. Otherwise another plugin is blockung pvp
