Always Full Hunger in Specific World

I am looking for a plugin that can force all players to have full hunger in a specific world, but restore their previous hunger value when leaving that world. Does this plugin exist? If not, how would i make it? I am very new at Minecraft servers and have never made a plugin before. Thank you.

How would i go about doing this with WorldEssentials? I previously found NoFood and the problem is if you lose food in another world it isn't set to full in the Lobby world (where i want it always full).

I downloaded and installed WorldProtect and the command doesn't work. Do you know what i could do to fix this?

There is however one problem. If your hunger reduces in a different world, it doesn’t get set to full upon entering the no hunger world.
