Blocks that disappear

I want to know why there are certain items that disappear, for example the cartographer's table, the moment I place the item on the ground, disappears

Help!

I'm using Minecraft bedrock nukkit 1.14.60

These blocks are not supported by the world format on Nukkit 1.0
