I have a little problem, namely

I can write in-game, but when I'm on the phone, when I write something there, it looks like I never wrote anything, but on the pc I see it.

I use the Nukkit 1.0.11 for the 1.16.100
CloudNET v3
Luckperms (Normal And Bungee With Mysql)

That sounds like a client side bug. Have you checked the minecraft bug tracker?
