The Issue
Players are unable to connect to the server. Using Any Platform (Android, Xbox, MCPE, Windows 10)
My Info
So I am running a server on my WINDOWS SERVER 2016 using multicraft, It runs no issues what so ever. I can connect using my wifi/network. When using my Android using my data the server does not work.
I was testing different things to see if it was just me. I made a voting link and it shows that I was online with our voting link

Anyways Please help give ideas on how to fix or tweak.
