GCape - Add capes to players.

Wanting a cape but do not have one?
Wanting a cape but can't get one?
Don't worry, you got GCape.
Allows you to set capes on your own!

1. Put the cape(in .png format) under the folder "capes".
2. Configure the config.yml:

   your_permission: your_image.png

3. Run the server!

1. Supported the new nukkit API.
2. Better performance, preload images on load.
3. Added example of standard image of cape(you might need to delete the old folder to make this happen).
4. Make it easier for GCape to work with permission mangenment plugin.

Alright, so here's what's going on so far.

I have LuckPerms installed on my server. I currently have five groups with different permissions on each group. So far I can only get your plugin to work with the players how are opped. I tried putting 'minecraft.commands.ban' for the 'your_permissions' part and it still didn't work. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Could I see an example of some sort?
