I mean global chat for players who chatting with “!” Symbol and local chat just standard chat with radius 100-200 blocks

Use LuckChat or OsTag, the plugin you use does not set the format of the message, but sends it directly to the chat server. Otherwise you have to edit the plugin on the chat yourself
What clan plugin do you use?
No one has written a plugin for vehicles yet, and a plugin for the multi-version is not technically possible under nukkit conditions

I’m using PowerNukkit, I know server with multiVersion, so I can’t understand how to to this too
To go on server withou xbox auth
This is done by editing the core
xbox-auth=off in server.properties
You can send me the page of your plugin and I'll tell you if it has support for placeholders
