I found some problems in my server.

Can't grow potatoes;
TNT minecart will become a seedling mine car;
The hopper minecart and the chest minecart cannot be used.
I confirm that I use the latest Nukkit.

potatoes growing is probably a bug so use the issue tracker for that. And about minecarts, they aren't fully implemented
