I need a Skin downloader plugin

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could make me a plugin that when someone changes to a skin it gets the skin texture and skin geometry and saves it into a folder on my pc (in the plugins folder or something) I have a plugin that did this but it is outdated and I need a plugin that does this for 1.16.100 as the old plugin uses an old API that nukkit doesn't accept anymore. if you want to see the original plugin for reference I will send u it if anyone wants to make this for me contact me on discord: Tweci#7777
