Missing recipes

I recently got a new Nukkit server, but notice that some of the recipes in crafting table are missing, really random. Any idea what might be causing this? I don't use any add-ons other than for mob spawning...

Try on leveldb branch builds https://ci.opencollab.dev/job/NukkitX/job/Nukkit/job/leveldb/
Those have more blocks/items implemented so higher chances that their recipes works
