Newb question - plugins

Hello, sorry for the newb question -
I've started a new Minecraft server for my kids and other family members and know little to nothing of what I am doing.

Questions about Plugins -
With Nukkitx minecraft servers, does it only use plugins designed for Nukkitx, which are found here: https://nukkitx.com/resources/categories/nukkit-plugins.1/ or can other plugins also work\run on Nukkitx? if others, where can they be found?

Lastly, is there a plugin to allow villages and villagers to spawn?

You can find other plugins here http://forums.voxelwind.com/resources but they are less likely to work.
Villages are not implemented into the generator yet.
