They are simply two separate softwares. While NukkitX may seem to be based off of PMMP, they have different API's and are written in different languages. Now, what you could do is translate the plugins to fit NukkitX API.

No, nukkit and nukkit plugins writed by java but pocketmine and pocketmine plugins writed by php.
