Tool for converting from PMAnvil (*.mcapm) format to Anvil (*.mca) for migrating from Pocketmine

I recently migrated from PocketMine to Nukkit, and noticed that Nukkit could not access my worlds from PocketMine. I searched the net but found no tool to do this conversion, so I wrote one myself.

I hope it can come in useful for other persons who want to migrate from Pocketmine to Nukkit.
