the link i sent is 1.16.100 and the same one my server is running on. my client version is 1.16.200 nd it works just fine, so you should be fine with a 1.16.100 server for the time being.
version works in the principle major-minor-path. the last number being path. meaning the difference between 100 and 200 is some bugfixes, but the game version is essentially the same

Generally speaking @mair would be correct in stating the major-minor-path principle. However, due to the most recent update of 1.16.201 you will not be able to connect to a 1.16.100 server. At the moment I believe 1.16.100 is the most current build of Nukkit which is unfortunate. We'll just have to wait patiently.

They've just added 1.16.200 support about an hour ago. You can see it on Github.
