Get instance of all players

How do I get the instance of all players on the server? I can't seem to find a way to do it.



EDIT: So for example I want to be able to put EVERYONE on the server in fly mode or something like that.

for(Player player : Server.getInstance().getOnlinePlayers().values()) {
// do sth with player
}
