Added latest placeholder api/nukkitx support! Preparing for new prisonmines plugin.

I will upload mine it has in game editor and placeholderapi support for reset times and filled percentages lucky blocks etc. I have to make a few changes and make it its own plugin since its in my prison core atm. I know it will help people.
