I will upload mine it has in game editor and placeholderapi support for reset times and filled percentages lucky blocks etc. I have to make a few changes and make it its own plugin since its in my prison core atm. I know it will help people.

No it is not that sorry.

It is for prison rankups by default the ranks go from A-Z then when you get to Z you have the option to prestige aka go back to A rank. Idk what is grant plugin sry

I experience this issue too, I usually just update the item (pickaxe) by changing its slot in hotbar / inventory which works for me.
