Added random fake player count to query feature
Use /fakerandomquery <on|off> command to enable/disable it
Example command /fakerandomquery on 30 5 50 -2 2 will set the random player count to 30 and makes it stay between 5 and 50 with min/max decrease/increase values per update to be 2 players
