I need a plugin that is capable of broadcasting clickable links in chat, and do it on a set interval.

Clickable links are not possible on Bedrock Edition

I thought they were possible with the /tellraw command? It's weird because on the wiki it says tellraw was added to Bedrock in beta 1.9.0.0, but it's telling me that it's an unknown command.

Are clickable links still not possible? I have seen the same tell raw information for Bedrock but have not gotten the format right yet.
