Fixed naming <controler> and %ostag_controler% to <controller> %ostag_controller% and also fixed <preffix>

Added PrefixesUtil interface to faster changing plugin placeholder naming (my first interface ~IndianPL)

Added 35 and 5 levels in <xp> placeholder
