IT kind of works still. You can create the arena but the NPC won't stay spawned but it's there with out the skin. You can hit the air where you spawned it and it will join the game. IF you restart the server you have to spawn a new NPC every time.

This has the basic worldedit commands to help you build faster. It's a little buggy but it works most of the time. I running the latest version of Nukkit.
