- Updated max spawn height
- Made players not able to pickup arrows shot by skeletons and strays
- Made strays shoot

Just some small improvements to code

Added wither effect and fixed fireballs break stone

- wither skeleton spawning to nether
- fix for rabbit errors
- fix for normal mobs spawning to nether

Better AI for jumping entities and other stuff

This build fixes error spamming after reload. Update aquatic mobs and animals included! (Spawn them using /mob spawn Name)
